She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Tough and Margaret Tough (Love); and her siblings, Jean Cadden (Tough) and Robert Tough. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Ivy, Harwin and Quinston; her husband Albert Bell; her sons, Billy (Pat), Alan (Laura) and Robert (Cecilia); her sister Margaret Allen (Tough); and her sister-in-law Ann Tough (Robert). She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 2 Great-grandchildren.
