He was predeceased by: his mother Juana Vigil; and his siblings, Mirtha Enrique, Mina and Gilberto. He is survived by: his children, Perla Vigil (Jeff Smith), Herbert Vigil, Milton Vigil (Adriana) and Paul Mena; his grandchildren, Priscilla (Matt), Jose Enrique (Lizzy), Jeffrey Leonardo (Sarah), Herbert Efrain (Emma), Jennifer, Rosa Maria, Adrian and Camila; his great grandchild Mia Rose; and his sibling Clotaldo Gayton. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, friends, extended family and friends.
