She was predeceased by: her husband James Cook; and her grandson Geoffrey Cook (Tenia Papastratis Cook). She is survived by: her sons, Sean (Elizabeth Richardson) and Colin (Elaine Cook); her grandsons, Brian Cook (Haruka Cook) and Liam Cook; and her great grandchildren, Dimitrios Papastratis (Kelsey Papistratis) and Jocelyn Papastratis.

Donations in Jean's memory may be made to the Hastings Centennial Manor Auxiliary or the North Hastings Hospital Auxiliary.
