He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Barnes and Lura Mae Barnes. He is survived by: his wife Violet of Yonkers; and his daughters, Charissa Johnson (Michael) of Rochester, Djuna Barnes of Jersey City and Tessa Robinson (Dennis) of Elkhart, Indiana.. He is also survived by Three grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
