He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomson and Margaret Thomson; and his brothers, Neil and Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Thomson (Kelly); and his children, Apryl Westaway of North Bay, Yvonne Dingman (Faron) of Matheson, Philip Thomson (Bonnie) of Peterborough and Stuart Thomson (Renee) of Bancroft. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
