He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Linkie and Jean Linkie; his wife Della; and his siblings, Violet Coghlan (Victor), Dorothy Coghlan (Tom), Doreen Porcheron (Robert) and Ken.
He is survived by: his siblings, Hazel Conley-Dainard and Irvin (Helen); and his sisters-in-law, Helen Linkie and Barb O'Leary. He is also survived by his family most notably his sister, brother.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Weaver Family Funeral Home (29 Bay St, Quinte West, ON K8V1H2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, for those wishing to, donations to the Alzheimer Society or Salvation Army Picton would be appropriate.
