He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Worthington "Zip" Johnson and Dorothy Clarice Scott; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry (Janice), Denise and Philip; and his nieces and nephews, Natalie, Jason, Marcus, Jermaine, Jesse, Desmond, Priya and Samuel.
