He was predeceased by: his spouse Mariannina Papillo; his parents, Michele Papillo and Teresa Schiavello Papillo; his siblings, Rosa Fusca, Celestina DiBiase, Lucia Canatelli and Prudenza Collela; and his siblings-in-law, Domenico, Eleanora, Lucia, Grazia, Peppina and Rosaria.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Aloisio (late Adam), Michael Papillo (Marisa) and Rosemary Papillo; his grandchildren, Aldo (Lori), Marianne (Tom), Nick (Alison), Elena (Nicholas) and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Colin, Carly, Nico, Rocco, Atticus, Cassio, Maverick, Ariana and Liliana; and his cousin Prudenza Caglioti of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
