He was predeceased by: his daughter Colleen White; and his siblings, Alfred, Mae, Kathy, Joe (Carolyn), William (JoAnn) and Carmen (late Sherrie).

He is survived by: his wife Trudy (Seitz); his children, Alan Piper (Laura), Stephanie Baldwin (Jim) and Peter Grabb (Dawn); his grandchildren, Todd (Ricki-Lynn), Cole (Lucia), Cade, Mac, Paige (Adam), Chloe, Livi and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Clair and Adam; and his siblings, Chuck Piper (Linda), Don Piper and Helen Charette (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
