He was predeceased by: his pet Hugo. He is survived by: his wife Terra Lynn Phillips (Barber-Loiselle); his stepchildren, Melissa Phillips (Dave Cyr), Jay Phillips (Caley) and Brad Phillips (Meg); his siblings, Jen Eddy (Derek), Robert Carr and Jim Carr; and his uncle Desi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
