He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda (Turner); his children, Randy Neff and Teresa Neff; his grandchildren, Shannon (Kyle), Anna, Jack, Billy, Jeffrey, Hunter, Summer and Charlotte; his great grandchildren, Wesley, Thomas and Scarlett; and his siblings, Euna, Shirley (Carmen), Irma (Barry), Bill, Stephanie (Larry) and Blanche. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
