It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Hlavac (Harrow, Ontario), who passed away on August 21, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his spouse Claudia (Watt); his children, Lauri Hayes (Hlavac) of Jerry and Michael Hlavac; his grandchildren, Jasmine Hlavac, Taylor Hayes, Dakota Hlavac, Liliana Hlavac and Brielle Hlavac; and his siblings, Ruth Matthew (Mark), Sue Masulka (Ron) and John Hlavac (late Joan).
Memorial donations may be made to the Transition to Betterness or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
