She was predeceased by: her husband Harland Worthington "Zip" Johnson; her son Ralph; and her brother Wayman Scott (Bertha). She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Janice), Tony, Denise and Philip; and her siblings, Guelda Jones (late Rufus), Agnes Ellsworth (late Doug) and Kathy McMullin (Vince). She is also survived by relatives and friends.
