She was predeceased by: her spouse Wim Simonis; her child Coby Simonis; and her grandson Jason. She is survived by: her children, Nick, Audrey Simonis of Jacksonville, FL., Willem Simonis (Toronto), Fred and Bernadette Simonis (Harrow); her grandchildren, Nicolaas, Claudia Patricia Simonis (San Antonio), Brendan and Ben (Harrow); and her great grandchildren, Nicolaas Patricio and Lucca Santiago (San Antonio). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
