He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester 'Chet' and Marjory Shannon (Ziegler). He is survived by: his children, Keely Shannon, Mark Calder of Seaforth, Jessie Shannon, Darryl Beach of Hamilton, Clare Shannon and Paul Rudd of Waterloo; his stepchildren, Brandon, Keith Barkhouse-Morrison of Eugenia and Edan "Moose" McMullen of Eugenia; his grandchildren, Conner, Wylie Beach, Buster Rudd, Aaron, Nash and Baby R. Barkhouse-Morrison; his sisters, Mary Kaye (Larry Hudson), Margie (James Cox), Beth (Roger MacDonald), Cindy (David Richenback) and Jane (Greg Rea); and his brother-in-law Mark White of London.
Memorial donations to the Harriston Legion, Mary Lynne Forrest Foundation, or Royal Victoria Hospital Foundation would be appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
