She was predeceased by: her mother Lucy Bertin (Tallevi) of Elmira; her siblings, Anna-Marie Lapstra (William), Anthony (Nikki Bertin), Paul (Wendy Bertin) and Michael (Salvina Bertin); and her nieces and nephews, Julie (Greg), Nicole, Heather (Brendon), Christopher (Katie), Leslie (Steve), Catherine, Carla (Jim) and Lisa (André).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Unsworth; her children, Justus Unsworth, Alyssa and Morgan Unsworth; her father Armand Bertin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cassie, Annabella, Marley, Benjamin, McKenzie, Emma, Dante, Iysis, Kayson, Ezekiel, Shiloh and Eden; her stepchildren, Jason, Lisa, Cheryl, Melissa Schmidt and Matt Krohn (Sue); her uncle Roland; her aunt Marie Bertin of Toronto; and her cousins, Laurie, John and Barbie.
Memorial donations to Clifford Community Church, St. Teresa of Avila Church, Elmira, Cancer Patient Services, Mount Forest, or Hospice Wellington would be appreciated, and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
