With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Matthews (Harriston, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Grant Matthews and Helen Anne Elizabeth (Klages). He is survived by: his significant other Anne Rosemary (Featherstone); his children, Andrea (Sam) of Woodstock and Derek (Holly) of Clifford; his grandsons, Jayden, Kohen, Foxx, Maddix and Tripp; and his siblings, Jim Matthews (Barb) of Burlington, Ron Matthews (Deenie) of Clifford, Barbara Anne Matthews (Rex) of Listowel, Heather Weber (Bevan) of Mildmay and Brian Klages (Buzz). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
