He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Laurens and Audrey Beukema; and his father-in-law Jerry Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sam" Beukema (Baldwin); his children, CJ and Cayden Beukema; his parents, Bill Beukema and Linda Foster; his stepmother Debbie Beukema; his mother-in-law Lorraine Baldwin; his sister Amanda; his stepsiblings, Mike and Michelle Medeiros; his sister-in-law Katrina Baldwin; his nephews, Tristian, Malachi and Cyrus; and his niece Karmin.
