He was predeceased by: his parents, John Binkley and Matilda Binkley (Kaufman); his brothers, Jack, Leroy and Lloyd Binkley; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Ziegler and Larry Seip.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Binkley (McLeod); his children, Dan Binkley of Drew, Cathy Kapron of Drew, Randy Binkley of Drew, Brian of Drew, Arlene Binkley of Drew, Debby, Don Klemp of Woodstock, Judy and Regan Dettman of Clifford; his grandchildren, Tyler, Angela, Zack, Danielle, Kyle, Lauren, Brody, Brittany, Jessica, Alex, Jared and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Brynn, Charlie, Lilly, Sawyer, Jade and Ryder; his siblings, Doreen Ziegler of Clifford, Beulah, Don Ross of Holstein and Faye Seip of Clifford; and his siblings-in-law, Velma Binkley of Clifford and Fay Binkley of Harriston.
