With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex Reid (Harriston, Ontario), who passed away on March 30, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Lucille Reid (Douglas); his son Murray Reid; his great grandchild Charlotte Hunt; his siblings, Jean Wray (Alex) and Jack Reid (Grace); and his brother-in-law Wellington Hargrave.
He is survived by: his children, Lloyd Reid, Ann Reid of Minto Township, Margaret Gray and John Gray of Mississauga; his grandchildren, Lee, Shannon Reid, Jessie, Dave Bean, Becky, J. R. Hunt, Laura, Steven Kuipers, Darrin, Steph Reid, Pam, Kyle Will and Katie Gray (Chris Agnew); his great grandchildren, Alex, Jordan Reid, Brooklyn Bean, Harper, Noah Hunt, Lexi, Tori, Nate Kuipers, Ali and Haleigh Reid; and his sibling Alma Hargrave of Fordwich.
