He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Jacobs and Hazel Jacobs (Wiggins); and his father-in-law Harry Frook. He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Frook); his children, Shawn (Syra) of Hanover, Craig of Toronto, Michael of Hanover and Jesse (Emily) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Lia and Skylar; his mother-in-law Nancy Frook of Hanover; and also, Joanne McLaren (Paul) of Chesley, Scott Frook (Elaine), Rosanne Frook of Hanover and Mark Frook (Becki). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
