He was predeceased by: his brothers, Harvey Wellwood (Blanche), Leslie Cook (Lilly Mae) and John Cook; and his parents, Donald Cook and Irene Cook.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Taylor of Chesley, Norma MacDonald of Aurora, Neil Cook (Carol) of Eden Grove and Wayne Cook (Eileen) of Bognor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
