She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruno Westenberg and Wilda Westenberg (Robertson); her brothers, Fred Westenberg (Betsey) and Jim Westenberg; her stepmother Dorothy Ratcliffe; her siblings, May Dahl (Jim), Cora Ratcliffe, Raymond Ratcliffe and Mel Ratcliffe; and also, Thelma Ratcliffe (Carruther) and Cliff Ratcliffe.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Farrow; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Westenberg, Lois Trupp (Bud), Josephine Straus, Kathy Rusnak and Donna Ratcliffe. She is also survived by friends, loved nieces, nephews.
Patsy asked, that in lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to the cat rescue program with Pet Patrol (cheques payable to Pet Patrol) and that you simply "be nice to one another".
