He was predeceased by: his siblings, Violet Mercey (Wilfred), Verna Wenzel (Harold), Vina Hoffele (Mel), Irene Spielmacher (Stan), Pearl Lipskie, Elwood (Mabel), Lorne (Verda) and Orville Lipskie.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Lipskie of Hanover; his children, Grant Lipskie of Hanover and Kent Lipskie (Charlene) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Danielle Kestner, Kelly Kestner, Breanna Lipskie and Reid Wilson-Lipskie; his great grandchildren, Coby and Kyler Kestner; and his sister-in-law Donna Ritchie of Owen Sound. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews.
