He was predeceased by: his father Karl Waltz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Miller); his mother Kathe Waltz; his siblings, Irene Farkas (Ron), Eric Waltz (Shannon) and Willy Waltz (Debbie); and his brother-in-law Frank Miller (Judy).
