It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Grove in Hanover, Ontario, born in Markham, Ontario, who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grove and Ada Grove; his wife Elizabeth "Betty"; his brother Paul Grove; and his brother-in-law Roy Fockler.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Grove-Zigler of Kitchener, Stephen (JoAnn) of Duchess, Alberta of Durham, Philip (Denise) of Durham and Mark (Louise) of Durham; his grandchildren, Matthew (Kara), Michael (Erin), Kyle, Shannon (Colton), Jasen, Marnie (Aaron), Clara (Rod) and Jamie (Chad); and his siblings, Lorne Grove (Hazel) of Stouffville, Frances Grove of Cambridge and Ruth Fockler of Stouffville. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandsons.
Memorial donations to the Mennonite Central Committee or the Kidney Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
