He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Campbell and Jean Campbell (Lobb); his sister Betty Heathfield; his niece Ann McDonald (Ian); his nephew Ken Heathfield; and his cousins, Eleanor Reid and Fred.

He is survived by: his cousin Isabel Kalbfleisch; and also Jerry Heathfield (Maureen).
