He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Guay and Marie-Louise Guay (Potvin); and his siblings, Adrien, Daniel, Marcellin, Alderic, Robert, Roger, Denise, Desneiges Brais and Jacqueline Guay.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Guay of Hanover; his children, Marc Guay (Louise) of Cambridge, René Guay (Norma) of Pickering, Nicole McDougall (Brent) of Tillsonburg and Lévis Guay (Melanie) of Barrie; his siblings, Fernand Guay (Yvette) and Pierrette Menard (Roland) of Winnipeg; and his sister-in-law Lucille Guay of Brantford. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
Memorial donations to the Hanover & District Hospital Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Grey-Bruce would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
