He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Jane; his wife Elinor Curran; and his aunt Helen Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Curran (Christine) of Guelph and Heather Curran (Jeff) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Patrick (Jenna), Kathleen and Matthew; and his sister Maureen Wilson of Hanover. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Grey Bruce or the Legion Poppy Campaign are appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
