It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Grein of Hanover, Ontario, born in Ayton, Ontario, who passed away on August 7, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Grein and Hilda Grein (Fischer); his siblings, Pauline Armstrong (Keith), Lorraine and Fred Grein; and his siblings-in-law, Liz Grein, George Warden and Bob Netzke.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Grein (Fenwick); his children, Cindy Wulff (Uwe) of Mannheim, George Grein (Nora) of Walkerton, Sandra Wong (Dan) of Walkerton and Ann Lupal (Greg McCabe) of Guelph; his grandchildren, Jessica Kropf (Wes), Julie Lang (Jamie), Nikita, Tianna Wong, Brock (Ali), Jake and Hunter Lupal; his great grandchildren, Nixon Kropf and Aria Lang; his siblings, Ross Grein (Carolyn) of Espanola, Alvin Grein of Hanover, Ione Warden of Oshawa and Irene Netzke of Burlington; and his sister-in-law Betty Hunter (John) of Barrie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Chapman House - Southern Bruce Grey Hospice Satellite would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
