He was predeceased by: his brothers-in-law, Robert Osterndorff and Charles Rhody; his parents, Carl Frook and Mabel Frook (Leifso); and also, William Rody and Elfrieda Rody.

He is survived by: his spouse Nancy (Rody); his children, Sheila Jacobs (Randy) of Hanover, Joanne McLaren (Paul) of Chesley, Scott (Elaine), Rosanne Finlayson of Hanover, Mark (Becki) and Elmwood; his siblings, Calvin (Elsie), Bev (Dorothy), Merla Cook (Neil), Grace Osterndorff, Dorothy Bell (Victor), Ken (Nancy), Linda Tramer (Bill), Marianne Jacklin (Fred), Marilyn Mighton (John) and Karen Wilson (Don); and also, James Rody (Joyce) and Gordon Rody (Marilyn).

Memorial donations to Parkinson Canada or The Village Residents' Council L.T.C. would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
