He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Barley and Isabelle Barley; and his sisters, Dorothy Johnson and Betty Lamorie. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Barley of Hanover; his son Mark Barley (Monica) of Courtice; and his grandchildren, Brock Akerman (Ashleigh Honcoop), Kyle Akerman (Natalie McPherson) and Lisa Barley (Ian Hunter).
