She was predeceased by: her husband Al MacKinnon; her parents, John Miller and Myrtle Miller; her brothers, John, George and Jim Miller; her daughter-in-law Barb Benninger; and her siblings-in-law, Liz, Joan, Donna MacKinnon, Bob and Don MacKinnon.

She is survived by: her children, Andrew MacKinnon of Hanover, Bruce MacKinnon of Bowmanville, Doug MacKinnon of Neustadt, Glen MacKinnon (Jane) of Mercer Island and Cathy Smith (David) of Mount Forest; her friend Daphne Kirkpatrick of Hanover; her grandchildren, Michelle McCann (Sam), Carla MacKinnon (JD), Tyler MacKinnon (Amy), Calvin MacKinnon (Jasmyn), Shelby MacKinnon (Mike), Jacob MacKinnon, Alex MacKinnon, Lulu MacKinnon and Rosie MacKinnon; and her great grandchildren, Alessandra, Aurora, Malakhi, Cayden and Angela.
