He is survived by: his children, Bud Schmidt of Hanover and Debbie Gray (Bob) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Andrew Gray (Juliet Lammers) of Montreal, Matthew Gray (Michelle Viljoen) of Johansburg and South Africa; and his sisters-in-law, Korleen Schmidt of Hanover and Bernice Schmidt of Hanover.
