She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Russwurm and Myrtle Russwurm; and her brother Melvin Russwurm. She is survived by: her children, Terry Spielmacher of Welland and Denise Hardy (Dave) of Kitchener; her grandchildren, Chrystal, Steven and Reid; and her siblings, Ken Russwurm (Ellen), Shirley Kaufman (Charles), Debbie Kaufman (Jim), Linda Lang (Rodger) of Richmond and Sandra Kaufman (Dave Holley) of Chesley. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial donations to the Children's Miracle Network would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
