It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Wenzel (Hanover, Ontario), who passed away on August 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Semple and Ellen Naomi (Portway) of Brighton; her husband Armand "Hap" Wenzel; and her siblings, Muriel "Toots" Smith, Evelyn Summers, Edwin and Murray Semple.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Bartley (Steve) of Calgary, Sherry Kocher (Jim) of Hanover and Randall Wenzel (Christine) of Hanover; her brother Robert Semple of Chalk River; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Semple of Brighton and Margaret Wenzel of Hanover. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
