He was predeceased by: his brothers, Arthur Garland and Edgar Garland. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Garland of Hanover; his children, Tom Garland (Janet) of Cargill, Donna Reed (Norm) of Pinkerton, Lawrie McCann of Waterloo, Louise Guay (Marc) of Cambridge and Andrew Garland (Laura Bean) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Michael (Krista), Patrick (Shelby), Kristin (Brad), Mark, Kyle, Kimberly (Brent), Stephanie (Alex), Kalvin (Becki), Alysha (Matt), Noah, Zach and Josh; his sisters-in-law, Elsie Garland of Swift Current and Christine Garland of Pinkerton; and his friends, Trudy and Linda. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Grace United Church, Masonic Lodge or to the charity of ones choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
