It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Fahrer of Hanover, Ontario, born in Cargill, Ontario, who passed away on October 28, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Jamie; his friend Grace; his son-in-law Ken Keip; his parents, Bill Fahrer and Josephine Fahrer; and his siblings, Jerome, Geraldine (Klemmer) and Lloyd.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Hawkins (Pete), Jan Wallace (Barry) and Bill Fahrer (Paula); his grandchildren, Paola (Mike), Sheryl McFadden (Greg) and Tom Fahrer (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Ruston. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice as an expression of sympathy through Mighton Funeral Home.
