He was predeceased by: his brother Lawrence (Muriel); and his brother-in-law Harold Howe. He is survived by: his wife Mae; his children, Douglas (Maria) and Karen (Joseph); his grandchildren, Rachel (Chris), Michael and Abby; his sister Marjory (Allan); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Howe and Alice Inkster. He is also survived by relatives, and a host of long-time friends.
