She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hohnstein and Jean Hohnstein (Weber) of Mildmay. She is survived by: her husband Jason Fizell; her daughter Karrie Ann (Eric Schouwstra); her grandson Liam; her siblings, Pauline Clements (Tim) of London and Paul Hohnstein of Mildmay; and her siblings-in-law, Judy (John) of Stokes Bay, Jim (Barb) of Formosa and Jeff (Kay) of Owen Sound. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
