He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Foley (Dillabaugh) and John Foley; his wife Donna Foley; and his siblings, Gerald and Irene.

He is survived by: his pets, Piper, Tim and Evie "Breezy". He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
