He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marielle Veilleux of Hanmer; his children, Chantal Soulière (Larry) of Timmins and Serge Veilleux of Hanmer; his grandchildren, Loïc and Éllie Soulière; his parents, Béatrice Veilleux and Florian Veilleux; his siblings, Gilbert Veilleux (Louise) of St-Charles, Monique Prévost (Yvon) of St-Charles, Marc Veilleux (Lyne) of Manitoulin, Réjean Veilleux (Louise) of Sudbury, Nicole Dupras (Michel) of Sudbury and François Veilleux (Stéphanie) of Sudbury; and his friend Richard Rainville. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins.
