Theresa Ann left this world on November 19, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Batholomew; and her siblings, Mary and Mike. She is survived by: her sister Francis; her daughters, Diane (Michael), Donna, Clara (late Stephen) and Rita (Larry); her grandchildren, Robert, Lisa (Johnathan), Sara (Cam), Lindsey, Shawna (Mark), Ryan, Brittni and Zachery (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Kiya, Addison, Aubrey, Noah and Lily; and her close friends, Pat and Mille.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cresmount Funeral Home (322 Fennell Ave E, Hamilton, ON L9A1T2). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lord Church (280 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C2V2). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (254 Garner Rd W, Ancaster, ON L9G3K9).
