He was predeceased by: his daughter Rose. He is survived by: his wife Susan Margaret Fowler; his children, Angela (Terry), Shawn, Jenny, Pamela, Yvonne (Allan) and Benjamin; his grandchildren, Danielle, Patrick, Suzan, Joanna, Sadie, Emma, Bree, Samantha, Allan Jr., Dexter, Morgan, Lilith and Lydia; and his siblings, Dan and Barb.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dodsworth & Brown - Robinson Chapel (15 West Avenue N, Hamilton, ON L8L5B9). A burial was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (700 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
