We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2018, Sofia Melnyk (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dmytro; and her sons, Russ and Michael. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Judy; her grandchildren, Jim (Valerie), Shawna (Tim), Amy (Rob) and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Dimitri and Evelyn; and her nieces, Joanna and Odarka.

Memorial donations in Sofia's name to the Heart And Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
