Salvatrice Scime Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2024, at the age of 88, Salvatrice Scime (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Salvatrice Scime to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Filippo; her son Joseph (Sandra); her parents, Giuseppe and Lucia (Sciascia); her in-laws, Salvatore Scime (Matilde) and Marianna Giglia (Raffaele); and her grandmother Angela Sciascia.
She is survived by: her children, Lena, Antonio and Sam (Luisa); her grandchildren, Phillip, Daniel, Samuel, Adriana and Anthony; her siblings, Nicolo Scaglione (Giulia), Calogero Scaglione (Concetta), Angela Puma (Giuseppe) and Maria Salemi (Tommaso); her in-law Calogera Mattina (Calogero); and her aunts, Pina and Concetta. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation of Our Lord (280 Limeridge Rd W, Hamilton, ON L9C2V2). A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
