Raphael Chan Obituary

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Raphael may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Luke; her children, Christine and Anthony (Kelly); and her siblings, Shirley, Cecilia, Louise and Amy. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery (681 Mud St E, Stoney Creek, ON L8J3B8).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice, Canadian Cancer Society or the Juravinski Cancer Centre.
