We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, Peter Polak (Hamilton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Peter departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Peter. Though Peter may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his parents, Peter Polak and Anna Polak. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Peter Sean (Cynthia), Kory, Mike (Keisha) and Natalie (Jason); his sister Mary Ann; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah and Rod Wilkinson. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many relatives.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Macassa Bay Yacht Club (80 Harbour Front Dr, Hamilton, ON L8L1M8).
