He is survived by: his parents, Tony Kizlyk and Wendy Kizlyk; his sibling Ryan Kizlyk; and his grandparents, Rae, Dirk Vantol and Mary Vantol. He is also survived by sister and brother in-law, loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
