The memory of Marie Marskell (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Marskell; her siblings, Earl, Nick and Joan; her sisters-in-law, Fran and Gladys; her aunts, Rose and Dora; her cousin Susan; her brother-in-law Bishop George Marskell; and her parents, Traian Dumitru and Mary Dumitru.
She is survived by: her daughter Liz (Keith); her siblings, Bill, John (Roseanne) and Vera; and her cousin John (Jane).
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the P. X. Dermody Funeral Homes (796 Upper Gage Ave, Hamilton, ON L8V4K4). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends are invited to make a donation to the VON, Alzheimer's Society or to the charity of their choice.
